We understand some pets are extremely sensitive to certain grooming procedure such as trimming nails, cleaning ears or relieving anal glands. Although these are routine procedures, we will not continue if any of these services cause pain or discomfort to your pet. Sometimes, for the overly sensitive pet, these procedures are best left to the care of a veterinarian.
